In more than twenty years of doing business in the CIS countries, we have dealt with numerous business conflicts and have concluded that resolving them through traditional legal mechanisms is impossible in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and other CIS countries. Opponents blocked efforts aimed at settlement, concealed assets, hid behind a corporate veil, established fictitious companies, initiated bankruptcy proceedings, invoked non-existent circumstances, and obstructed public authorities.
This is confirmed by official statistics according to which up to 75% of court decisions are not enforced in the CIS countries. In the meantime, when it comes to the enforcement, the aggrieved party, having not yet received the recovery, has already incurred significant costs for project implementation.
Since 2015, we have been developing and improving a new model for resolving major projects involving debt recovery and other property-related business disputes. Our algorithm is based on project management principles and combines essential legal tools with practical management, financial, and business solutions.
After testing the effectiveness of our model, we established ANAHATA SOLUTIONS, a company that utilizes its own resources to assist foreign companies facing significant property-related business conflicts in the CIS countries in efficiently resolving them, saving time, effort, and money.
